my dad gets PCPRO magazine, which often has these freebies or offers in. i got serif photoplus free

I see that the recent edition of Computer Shopper has Photoshop 3.2 and Serif Photoplus 8 amongst a selection of freebies. They are earlier versions, as you would expect from free trial programmes, but are reasonably competant software and may be useful to anybody who is just starting out with digital editing.
