ps. Just checked Photo Plus prices. Direct from Serif: Full Photo Plus X2 suite (far more than most people would ever need) £380; Photo Plus X2 software only, as a download £60; user guide, if required £10 extra. From Amazon, Photo Plus 11 secondhand from £18; new from £30.

I don't know what it's like but this months Sky At Night magazine has a full copy of " Photoplus 8 " free on the CD.

In my opinion Photo Plus 8 isn't nearly as good as version 10 or later, as you would expect; but it isn't a bad programme and would be worth getting as a try out. I didn't like v 6 which is often given as a freebie but thought that Serif started to get their act together with v 8.

ps. I don't have any financial connection with Serif. But have used Photo Plus for several years, versions 8/9/10/X2.
