I want a computer I can check my photos on,with mobile internet connection
I nearly bought a Fujitsu Siemens Li 1718 (£399)but could not get a straight-
forward explanation for a wireless connection any ideas?

Think you may need a plug in bit to allow you to talk to the world, else it will only work in a wireless hotspot

Hi nightshade
A laptop with wireless LAN is good for wireless hot spots but if you want to access the net from anywhere you will need something like this data card or modem.
There are various options out there.
But of course this is similar to having a mobile phone and will cost you something like £25 a month flat rate as long as you don't go over your data limit..
I use one for work and i have not yet exceeded the data limit.
