| | | Wildlife heroes Hi,
My name is Nick and I work for a TV Production company in Bristol that makes short, 5 minute wildlife programmes. At the moment we are looking at making a mini series called 'Wildlife Heroes' in which we look at those selfless people who have given up countless hours of their time studying and caring for wildlife just for the pure love of it.
The reason I am posting this is that we are looking for those overlooked and unsung heroes that you may not come across every day, and who would never offer themselves up as a 'Wildlife hero'. It would be great if anybody can get back to me to suggest someone they know in their local community or beyond that they think might qualify.
Let's make sure these guys the praise they deserve! I look forward to reading you responses. |

| | | Re: Wildlife heroes I know just the person. A real character with an absolute passion for wildlife and whose devotion to it may well be limitless. I have no idea whether he would be interested in appearing on TV though, but I can pass on his details. If I was to think whether I'd enjoy seeing him on TV - absolutely!

| | | Re: Wildlife heroes Hiya Nick! I too, know a person in the Bristol area that may well be of interest to you. He is such an enthusiastic follower and defender of the local Perigrine population and has written some fantastic poetry about Durdham Down and the surroundind habitat. His knowledge and his willingness to share his knowledge, are second to none. If this sounds like the kind of person that you are looking for, I can email you his contact details. Wizzo
