Hey,

I am unsure if I have uploaded the images correctly, but I have two non-flowing plants that I am not sure what they are. I thought one might have been some kind of watercress or fools watercress (1) but not sure. Any help would be great.

Your No.2 looks like one of the Dropworts. would like to know where it was found, height, etc.

No.1 is not Watercress.

1 is very probably Fool's-water-cress - its too shiny, brught green and shallowly toothed for Lesser Water-parsnip. Definitely not Water-cress.

2 is a Water-dropwort. I wouldn't definitely like to say which one but probably Hemlock Water-dropwort. Common in the SW and very poisonous.

Agree with 1 + 2 does look like Hemlock Water-dropwort, Oenanthe crocata to me.

I go along with that.
1. Fool's-water-cress - Apium nodiflorum.
2. Hemlock Water Dropwort - Oenanthe crocata.

Hey

Thank you I thought it could have been the fools water-cress. The dropwort is found night to a river about 1m away from the water and it was about possible 20cm or so heigh. I am visiting that area again tomorrow so I shall have another look and it is in Cornwall.
