| | | Help to ID a Fern please. Last Tuesday I had a walk around Iona and on the old Nunnery walls I found a few Ferns growing. Most were Maidenhair Spleenwort, but there was one small one that I'm having trouble identifying.
I've got front and back shots, and I'd appreciate some help to identify it. The leaves in the shot are from Ivy-leaved Toadflax, which was also growing all over the walls.
Regards, Audrey. |

Straight off the top of my head it looks like Sea Spleenwort, Asplenium marinum
All the best

All the best | I agree. Sea Spleenwort - Asplenium marinum. Spores will eventually be a bright chestnut-brown.
