Hi, i would say its a lichen of the Cladonia group, im sure that if you post it on the lichen sub forum on the fungi forum, alanS or jennyS will be able to id it correctly,

all i can say is that it is a Cladonia, thats as far as my knowledge on lichens go im afraid, there appear to be several Cladonia species that are very much alike, so someone with more experiance should be able to give the correct id,
