| | | Tiny Liverwort ID Found this liverwort growing on the bare, cattle-poached mud of a heathland pond at Stoke Common, Buckinghamshire. The clumps were only about 2cm across. I don't expect it is really identifiable from a picture but could it be a Fossombronia sp.?
Thanks

It looks like Common Frillwort - Fossombronia pusilla . Probably the commonest British species.
