I have tried to identify this but checked all my books and online gallieries, yet still cannot find what this is, any help would be much appreciated.

It looks like some Wall Rue, a type of fern ,coming through to me.

I agree, a 'not quite mature', Wall Rue, Asplenium ruta-muraria.
