unidentified unripe prickly fruit on plant found in veg garden

Please can anyone tell me what this plant is. It is around two foot tall,large green leaves with unripe prickly fruit.

It's a Thorn apple - Datura stramonium, very poisonous.

I will destroy the plant post hast,the thought of the seed escaping onto neighbouring farmland and seeding into the grass fields does not bear thinking about.when dried and baled into hay could poison livestock and spread for miles .Thank you so much.
Besides I thought it was an edible fruit sat so innocently amongst the sweetcorn plants.

Had one turn up in the greenhouse years ago. Seed must have come in compost I think.
