Liverwort
I photographed this at Lathkill Dale, Derbyshire last sunday. I think its a type of liverwort, anyone got any ideas as to the species.

Could possibly be a Lichen taking over another Lichen.

The green lobed one being taken-over could be Flavoparmelia caperata.
