| | | Tiny green mothy thing on sage Found a lot of these tiny, tiny green jobbies on a sage bush in my garden. Thought it might be a mini frog hopper, but these appear to be able to fly. Have not been able to find this in moth books. And yes, I know the picture isn't great. Any ideas, please?
