unidentified "batmoth" from Fife!

This small moth (overall length 11mm) came into my house in Fife last night. A very characteristic silhouette so perhaps someone could suggest an identification please?

Thanks Deb, I'll check that one out. I recall tortrix caterpllars can be a problem on fruit trees so maybe I should check my plum and apple trees!

Acleris effractana,but dissection required for certainty.

Thanks Peter, but too late for that I'm afraid - I liberated the wee thing yesterday after taking the photographs. I have to say that from the hooked shape of the wing tips I would have gone for [i]A. rhombana[i], but then I'm no expert in these small moths!
