Oooh they are tricky ones!
Number four looks like a Common Quaker. But it may also just be a normal Rustic. |

Right Alan, I reckon these are:-
1. Lesser Yellow Underwing
2. (embarassed to admit, I'm stumped on this one. markings 7 colour so even, it's difficult to tell) 
3. Straw Underwing
4. Rustic
5. Scoparia pyralella (maybe)
Will come back on & edit in 2 & 5 when I've got them.

I imagine she means Rustic as in Hoplodrina blanda. |

I think number 5. has been ID'd as Eudonia lineola by Hants moths (I think it's virtually the same). Google Images
A July/August coastal species, so that fits, but I really wouldn't like to say.

Thanks everyone. As Deb says, No5 does appear to be identical to the Eudonia lineola posted on the Hants site and it seemingly flies July-August so perhaps thats what that one is. Hope no2 can be nailed.
