Yep, looks like an Old Lady to me.
A tip for future ID requests:- could you post your pics in colour please?
This one appears to be in b&w.
It will make ID's much easier.
The Old Lady is a resident local, well distributed moth with no similar species.
It has a one generation flight season from July to September.
It's habitat is:- riverbanks, marshes, gardens, hedgerows, scrub & woodland.
