| | | Re: Is this Straw Grass-veneer? I would go for Agriphila tristella the Common Grass-veneer, mainly as it looks like the pale streak branches out into four so called fingers. I've been trying to get my head round these grass moths, not easy though |

I didn't know that they had english names, how exciting, is that recent or have I not been paying attention!? |

Someone on here (a few weeks ago) suggested logging onto Berkshire Moths and downloading the Pdf for the common grass moths of Berkshire, and I have found it very useful as there are loads turning up in the traps at the moment.
I would recommend it, although I didn't need it for this lovely little grass moth. |
