Not very good photo of a moth for id

Just had this fly onto a photo hanging high up on my wall so couldn't get the camera close to it and had to use full zoom to get this. The light is pretty bad as well, but any suggestions of an id would be great. Thanks in advance.

Difficult to tell but maybe something like Eudonia mercurella? or a similar species? I think there are quite a few that look alike, but I'm not very good at micro moths.

Thanks for the replies, I got a look at him pretty close up before he flew onto the wall and having google imaged the name you mentioned it looks very similar to what's on there. It definitely had the light coloured fringe to the edge of it's wings. Thanks again, it's nice to be able to put a name to the moth as I've had them in my house at night a few times and always wondered what they are. This being the first time I've been able to get a photo of one at rest.
