| | | Micro Moth for i.d. please! Would anyone care to venture an i.d. for this little chappie please. Originally flushed from Ivy, before it settled on my recycling bin!
Thanks

Scoparia looks a definite possibility, which is bad news!
It means I now have to go out, find this same moth again, in order to disect its' genitalia in order to be certain.
Oh well! Nothing much else to do on a wet weekend.
Thanks again!

Cheers,

I'm unfamiliar with both of these species (which you may already have guessed, due to my asking for help in the first place!), but your suggestions have given me a good starting point.
It's time to start hitting the search engines and the few other references I have (can anyone suggest which references I really should have for this kind of situation?) in search of the truth!
Your help has been greatly appreciated.
