ID Moth please
Hello, I came across this big moth out side my house this morning and I don't know what it is. Can anyone ID it for me?

It's around 4/5 cm lenght.

I agree with Rob, it's a Poplar Hawkmoth. I had two in my moth trap at the weekend, one stayed around in the summerhouse for a couple of days.
