Five Spot Burnet

Can someone just confirm my counting skills by agreeing this is a 5 Spot Burnet that I found in the garden the other day (thought it was a 6 until I've just looked at the pics again)

It's certainly one of the Five-spot Burnets, probably more likely to be the Narrow-bordered Five-spot Burnet but the two species can be very tricky to separate.

I was told recently that they are almost impossible to tell apart as adults, and that the caterpillars should be examined for identification purposes.
