Moth ID

This was seen on Monday near water in Hetton country Park. I reckon it's a moth but can anyone help with ID please?

I've done a bit of on-line research and it likes clover and trefoil and calcium areas. All fits for Hetton le Hole. It wasn't easy to get the image as it's fairly small and very flighty/shy.
