Too early for a magpie moth?

I saw a moth fluttering against my french doors at about 5pm today, white wings with black spots and a yellow body. I read that magpie moths fly in July and August, is it likely it was just out early? There isn't anything else similar is there?

Take a look at the pyralid Small Magpie. They're about at the moment, had one in the garden a couple of days ago.

Thanks poschiavanus, that would make sense, with the foodplants as well as there are plenty of nettles, mint and bindweed in the area. It would be more than welcome to lay eggs on the bindweed spreading across my garden, shame Convolvulus Hawks aren't more common in this country!
