| | 5 moths for ID I know, I'm useless with moths . I saw so many on our walk yesterday I didn't even know where to start pointing the camera lol I do need to learn more to be able to use sites like ukmoths and such, so here I am looking for a bit of help. Now I don't know what type of shots are needed to ID them fully, so if a full ID isn't possible, even partial id's will be helpful.
These all (except the last one) were taken at Penallta Park, Ystrad Mynach here in south wales just yesterday (May 7th). The last one was taken in West Sussex along Pagham harbor in the last week of April. Thank you for looking!

Steve.

| | | Re: 5 moths for ID Interesting Steve, I see that it seems to have a refuge in the southeast area of england, which is where I spotted this moth. If it is indeed that, I'll definitely send on the report to the county recorder for west sussex area. | | | | Thread Tools | | | | Display Modes | Linear Mode |
