| | | New moth book - difficult species guide This new book was drawn to my attention in another forum: British and Irish moths: an illustrated guide to selected difficult species (covering the use of genitalia characters and other features) - Martin Townsend, Jon Clifton and Brian Goodey
Could be just the thing for helping with telling the difference between Grey/Dark Dagger, the Copper Underwings etc. I'm still struggling at times with some of the easier to identify moths, but I suspect that at some point I'll want to dig a bit deeper into characteristics of genitalia, so to speak! |

| | | Re: New moth book - difficult species guide Sounds interesting. I do love books that concentrate on difficult genera. Thanks nutmeg.
