Is this first one possibly a Brick?



I think this second one is a November Moth. But in this colour form can it definitely be put down as a November Moth or only as 'November Moth agg.'?

I would agree with Brick.

I think the Epirrita species need genitalia dissection for a positive ID; I would label it as agg.
