I'm sure someone will give you a precise ID, but it's one of the crambids (grass moths) that all look very similar to me.

I had one like this a few days ago. Take a look at Crambus pascuella.

Thanks aeshna5 & Janet. I did have a look for it in UK Moths, but not knowing where really to start, I gave up. I knew you WABer's would come up trumps.
