| | | A heard of Elephants
Well, Elephant Hawk Moths really. We moth'ed on Friday evening and through the night in our garden using a Robinson trap and to our surprise got 15 EHM's. Wondered whther that's a bit of a record. Wild-Man can add some shots of our haul later.

Ah ha. The shots of the EHM's. Every egg carton had a whole bunch of them hanging on.
Oh by the way, please forgive my spelling mistake in the title. I'm not usually that bad- it should be 'herd' and if any very nice mod wants to change it please do.

Wow! Stunning Love these showy little moths almost as much as their wonderful caterpillars, but to get so many in such a small space at any one time...I'm a bit green with envy here  |

A fine collection, I have yet to see even one, dont think we get many of them in Vauxhall, only clothes moths here I think.
