I'll start with:

No.2 Ringlet. Aphantopus hyperantus.
No.6 & 7. The Cinnabar Moth. Tyria jacobaeae.

That's as far as I can go with moths, I'm hopeless at i'ding them!

Thanks for the ID's, i do enjoy sitting in the garden in the summer with the camera and rummging through the bushes etc, I may have to post upp the fly pics next

No. 8 is a Rush veneer Nomophila noctuella (probably wise to check the spelling of the genus name-I can never remember if it's double-m)
