The first picture appears to be an 'Uncertain', I would agree. However, I'm uncertain, excuse the pun.
The second picture is a 'Sloe Pug' I think? |

I'm sure one of the more expert Moth fanciers on WAB will soon give us the answer

Having said that, I can't tie it down to a Pug either. 
It just looked like one to me by way of the shape.

peter | Looking on a certain website, it doesn't register that species for me to compare it to.
It bugs me when I can't find out what something is.
