| | Anyone tried a 'black' CFL lamp for mothing? Hi all,
I have a Skinner trap with a choked 150W MV lamp. Unfortunately my neighbours don't appreciate it! I have seen a 20W black CFL lamp on Amazon for about 15 quid. Has any one any experience of using one. Although the wattage will be equivalent to about 80/90W I would be able to put it on the garage roof instead of having it 'hidden' down in a dip.
If I got one would I need to remove the choke from the system.
Any comments/info/advice much appreciated.
Many thanks
