Sorry I thought my response was well measured based on well documented widely available info, based on the experiences of people with many years work in the field along with a clearly stated guess based on twentysometing years experience as an amature and eight years as an ecologist.

I have very little input into this debate as I have only just over a years experience with moths that is why I go to the people that know. These experts have far more than twenty years experience, try 40 or more years each and each is at the top of their game, both here and in parts of Europe. Some have written papers on the subject so don't have a go at me just name your sources. I certainly can put you in touch with the best, can you.
