| | | Merveille du Jour It was warm last night so I thought I'd stick out the trap, a few carpets early on raised my hopes for a decent evening - and what do I find sitting in a eggbox - my first Merveille du Jour. Looks like a nice specimen to me, more heavily marked with black than a lot of the photos I've seen. Chuffed! |

Is it my imagination or have there been quite a lot of sightings of MdJ this year? |

| | | Re: Merveille du Jour Lovely catch. A lot of people do seem to be catching them this year, with some multiple catches. A real gem! |

| | | Re: Merveille du Jour That's a beauty! Well done on getting your first Merv. This species is recorded a few miles from where I live in Sussex, but I'm unlikely ever to see it on the Downs, where there are no Oaks.
Cheers,
Steve. | | | | Thread Tools | | | | Display Modes | Linear Mode |
