I found it in my bathroom actually. I did let it outside again. UKMoths says its range is from Cornwall eastwards to Kent. I live in the north of Essex. It is a very pretty little thing |

| | | Re: What is this moth? Morning BW,
Well done, a nice find indeed! Maybe you could contact your county moth recorder, giving a copy of the photo and Grid Ref.
Take care, Jason |

| | | Re: What is this moth? I just contacted them. I also see on their website that there have been a couple of recordings of it in Essex around my area. |

| | | Re: What is this moth? Oops sorry for any confusion, I am the same person as BirdWatchers (my boyfriend and I use that account), but I just remembered the details of my original account again today Seems I can't delete or edit my posts annoyingly, so just thought I'd explain. Anyway, thankyou again for the help and sorry for bumping up this thread again just to say this. |

| | | Re: What is this moth? Yes North Essex is a hot-spot for L-album, its in the other areas of Essex where it is virtually unheard of, although they have been popping up in odd places recently. | | | | Thread Tools | | | | Display Modes | Linear Mode |
