Confusing one, this. In my opinion, it's most likely a Double-striped or Common Pug. I'll be interested in other verdicts as I'm not 100%.

| | | Re: which pug am I? Just to confuse matters, I think it is a Double-Striped. To me the shape and markings don't look right for Common Pug - the wing shape in particular making me think D-S. Also, in terms of flight times D-S is more likely due to it having a partial third generation in Sept some years - not that flight time should be used as a definitive feature in this case as late examples of second generation Common Pug or D-S Pug could not be ruled out.
