This is a moth from the Tortricidae sub-family, Scopariinae. How near the coast are you? Eudonia angustea looks good, but is mainly associated with coastal habitats. Well, if you're not I will call it a Scopariinae sub-family member, really. These ones are often difficult to fully ID!
