ID please Jersey Tiger?
This was by our back door just now,seemed to be having probs walking so we put it is the undergrowth nearby...after the photo shoot!We have just had a second Hornet attack..a red admiral copped it..maybe it had tried to get this lovely looking creature too!I have never seen one before,but I think I have found it to be a Jersey Tiger Moth????

It is a Jersey Tiger. There have been some large numbers reported in SE London this year + 1 close to me in Greenford yesterday. They seem to be doing well- a stunning moth.
