Help with moth ID please - Staffs area

I'm struggling with this one. It seemed very pale at first, then quite a bit darker when viewed from another angle. There were a couple of them visiting a Buddleia in our garden. I've looked through UK Moths and other websites, and wonder if it's a Mother-Of-Pearl?

Thanks Phil - but when you get to the tiny miniscule micros I'm off - my eyesight won't do it anymore let alone my brain ....... hahahaha!

I know exactly what you mean - I get the same problem "Is that a moth or spots before the eyes again...?":

I saw large numbers of these yesterday doing an insect walk in Hackney- but there were plenty of nettles- the larval food plant. One of the few micros I can ID!
