I'm guessing this is The Snout, though my little reference book shows it as having two 'noses'.
The photograph was taken in Hertfordshire this afternoon.

| | | Re: The Snout? Thanks Adam. The drawing in my book confused me, but when I looked at the photos in the Gallery I saw they were the same as my shot, only showing one apparent 'snout'.
