Not sure about the Lacewing, wings look like a lacewing but the body doesn't look correct for Chrysoperla carnea and the head looks too fat.  I took some pics of a pale one which I could upload.

i live in hastings, about a mile inland i guess, the garden is small, has rose bushes, privet, honeysuckle and the usual array of garden plants, though no vegetables...growing tomatoes for the first time though...there is a small area of lawn....it is roughly the same in most gardens attached to ours...
