Butterfly 0r Moth?

Walking the dog this morning on the local fields a crimson moth or b'fly about the size of a small blue it stopped a couple of times but by the time I got out the cdamera phone I lost sight of it, as I say it was crimson and on settling it had a very distinctive black double triangular shape on its wings, I think the body was black, it was the colour that attracted me, it was so bright.
I live on the central south coast of England

Might it have been a burnet moth?

Or possibly the cinnabar. This pic of Steve's (Fourwings) shows black triangles on the wings...

Cinnabar is the closest, but I'm sure the wing pattern was different, it seemed to have more crimson, but maybe they have different markings, , definitely not a burnet, but thanks both
