I'd say it's one of the 'Minors' (Oligia/Mesoligia sp.), they're a tricky group and some can only be separated by separation, however I'd say your moth looks pretty good for a Cloaked Minor - Mesoligia furuncula

I agree with GUYF, it is probably a 'Cloaked Minor' of some kind. I imagine this was from last years catch?

Yep I agree with Cloaked Minor and I also agree with Naturegirl with it being from another year as this is a July to September moth.
