[ID]Moths and several Ichneumons...

Hi,

I need some help regarding several Ichneumon wasps please!

1. Ichneumons...
Any help appreciated on these Very attractive wasps... or are any sawflies...?

2. Moths
A pug sp. and an underwing?

3. Eggs?
BTW, what are these black things, eggs?

Thanks. The black things... I did wonder about that being from woodlice, It covered several square foot, light it had been raining it! I've seen it before when I raised them, but never this amount!!!

RE THe moth: Garden carpet?

Hi Jason!

The first moth is a Garden carpet. A little clue to remember for this moth is: Common carpet has a 'complete' band whilst Garden carpets do not so: 'C' = 'complete' = Common!! Easy peasy!!

The second is Dusky sallow.

Your second moth looks like Flounced Rustic to me.

Great, thanks for the IDs. Anyone have a name for the ichneumons? I know there's a lot of types in the UK though...

Ichneumons.
1. Not enough detail
2. Sub-family Tryphoninae. Eridolius sp
3. Not much detail, possibly the same as #2
4. Likely Sub-family Campopleginae but equally could be from the Ichneumoninae group. Afew similar ones just the orange legs seem different to these.
5. Sub-family Diplazontinae Diplazon laetatorius
