Barred Straw Moth?

I have been trying to ID this and the best I can come up with is the Barred Straw. Does anyone agree or disagree?

Difficult with just the underside but it looks like a Barred Straw. The BS has a unique resting position with the forewings flat completely covering the hindwings.

This moth's wings stayed in this upright position the whole time in was feeding and walking about .
You are quite right about the unusual resting position of the forewings though - which is what made me doubt my own ID. Every moth website I have checked out has the same sort of image with the forewings flat completely covering the hindwings.
