2 more micro moths for ID

Can anyone help with these ID's please, both taken June 2008.

Hi Shirley,

I think No. 2 is a slightly worn Lathronympha strigana, certainly a Tortrix if not.

No. 1 looks like it's from the Gelechiidae family, but I can't pin it down, so it may be in one of the similar families.

There seems to be more micro's around this year (or perhaps I have just got my eye in ) than the previous 2 years I have been taking note of which moth species visit the garden. Thanks for your help Adam, they are a devil or me to ID .

Wait until you get the really small ones that are only a couple of mm long and using a lens to see the detail on the wings.
