I'd go for White Ermine, there are too many spots for Buff Ermine. White Ermine can sometimes have a buff tinge to it (apparently this form is more frequent in Scotland and Ireland), just to confuse things !

Yes Wildlifesnapper!
Buff ermine tend to be more orangy whereas white ermine are more white/buff coloured.
