Looks like a species of Caddis Fly, (Trichoptera) to me, rather than a moth?

Agree it's a caddisfly, but I wouldn't know 1 species from another!

Yes caddis fly from the order trichoptera, looks very likely to be from the family Limnephilidae, but its a large family but i arnt framiliar with this exact species.
