moth id
First off apologies for the crude picture, but it's always handy to have a jam jar to hand!



It came to light here in Surrey, fw is about 20mm, give or take. The flash has made the colour a little redder than perhaps it was.

It looks a bit like a Brocade or Ranunculus without really convincing me. Any suggestions or help would be appreciated. Thanks!

Flounced Rustic, I think, they're horribly variable.
