Two micro moths for id please

Hello again.

I had these two micros in my trap last night. Anyone fancy having a stab at what they are? Apologies for the poor quality of the photos - it was early!

1. A few scales missing, but mainly red/brown with a white stripe; ~6mm long. I thought something similar to a Tortrix - although I'm weak when it comes to micros.

2. A particularly small micro (~4mm), this is Tortrix-like, although I couldn't find a match on UK Moths (even after checking 550 thumbnails!). Colours are mainly brown with purple and gold on the edges and saddle. A really pretty little moth.

Hello Steve, the second looks like a Carcina quercanato me. I am not sure about the first.

The first one is the dark form of Trachycera (used to be Numonia) advenella, a Pyralid, and the second one is Carcina quercana (an Oecophorid) as Goosey says.

UK Moths is fantastic, but you need a starting point to get a quick id. It's great having experts on hand at WAB.
