Moth ID please.
I've trawled though the Moths Gallery and think this is probably a Riband Wave - Idaea aversata.

Am I right ?

Can't tell you what it is but it's a great shot. Is this with the Sigma 150mm?

Hi

yes it is Riband Wave - Idaea aversata ab. remutata.

It's the variation without the thick band, which in my area ais more common.

Yes it was Roger and thanks. It obligingly stayed on the living room wall for me. I've ordered a Kenko 1.4 coverter now.
