Thanks for that Paul,funny ive been meaning to tell you the same,ive not seen the pics but i know someone who has seen several of a few weeks at the pond,he also saw 1 female at the Homsley gravel pits,,ive been to both a few times and not seen a thing!,ive not even clapped eyes on a Common yet!,i went to Keyhaven yesterday and there were Migrants all over the place,not much else tho.

I've been sent some pics of Brown Hawker taken at the feeder stream of Whitten Pond (c. SU204013 ) so that might be worth a try. I've still had no luck with a perched Common Hawker this year but it's been too windy and too grey most days I've had the chance!
